How to Order

You can order either through my Yahoo! or PayPal Shopping Carts. I have indicated the pros and cons of these options. For the specifc steps to follow for these shopping carts, click one of the links below.

Yahoo! Shopping Cart

Pros
• You can download PDF Files immediately from the Shopping Cart's Order Confirmation page
• You may select the method of shipping for Pattern Design Guides on CDs and see the charges on the Shopping Cart's Billing page including international orders.

Cons
• You must have a Mastercard or Visa charge card.

PayPal Shopping Cart

Pros
• You do not need a credit card.
• You may use any PayPal payment method.

Cons
• There is only one shipping option for Pattern Design Guides on CDs, Priority Mail.
• For orders outside the US, I will contact you for any additional charges.

Yahoo! Shopping Cart

I can accept payment by Mastercard or Visa. The transaction is processed through Yahoo's secure servers. If you order a PDF Download, you can download it immediately from the Shopping Cart's Order Confirmation page.

1. On the Pattern Design Guide description page, click the gray "Immediate Download" or "PDF on CD" button. The Shopping Cart will appear with your selection.
2. To order, click the "Check Out" button. This will take you to the Shipping Page.
3. On the Shipping Page, enter your shipping address and select the means of shipping you prefer. If you are ordering PDF Download files, enter your billing address as your shipping address.
4. On the Shipping Page, click the "Continue" button. This will take you to the Billing Page.
5. On the Billing Page you will see any Shipping Charges and Sales Tax. If you wish to change the means of Shipping, click your browser's back button. California residents must pay sales tax but only on CDs, not on Downloads.
6. Fill in the appropriate payment information. At the bottom of the Billing Page there is a checkbox with the label "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Design Enterprises of SF's Online Store." This is to confirm that you know my policies as required by law. Either check this box or cancel your order.
7. On the Billing Page click "Place Order." This will take you to the Order Confirmation page. Prior to Clicking the "Place Order" button, you can cancel your order.
8. If you have ordered PDF Download file, you will see a red "Download Now" button next to the item description of each PDF Download. Click that button and begin download process. I suggest saving the PDF Download files to disk rather than opening them immediately.

If you have ordered Pattern Design Guides on CDs, I will ship the next business day and send you an email confirming the shipment.

If you have ordered the PDF Download file and you have any problems along the way, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that will give you a link to an Order Status page. You can download from the Order Status page for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

PayPal Shopping Cart

I have added the PayPal Shopping Cart for the convenience of people who do not have one of the charge cards I accept. You may use any PayPal payment method.

On the Pattern Design Guide description page, scroll down to the table labeled "Order Using PayPal." Click one of the gray "Order Download" or "PDF on CD" buttons. When you click one of these buttons, the Shopping Cart appears. The steps below describe the complete process.

1. On the Pattern Design Guide description page in the "PayPal Shopping Cart" table, click a gray "Email Attachment" or "PDF on CD" button for the pattern you want. The PayPal Shopping Cart will appear with your selection.
2. To order, click the "Secure Check Out" button. This will take you to the Checkout Page.
3. On the Checkout Page, you may select to use your existing PayPal account. If you do not have an account, you may either open an account or pay using a credit cards.
4. On the Shipping Page, enter the requested information then click the "Continue Checkout" button. This will take you to the Billing Page.
5. On the Billing Page you will see any Shipping Charges and Sales Tax. California residents must pay sales tax but only on Pattern Design Guides on CDs, not on Downloads.
6. Fill in the appropriate payment information.
7. On the Billing Page click "Continue Checkout." This will take you to the Order Confirmation page. Prior to Clicking the "Continue Checkout" button, you can cancel your order.

If you have ordered Pattern Design Guides on CDs, I will ship the next business day after the payment has cleared and send you an email confirming the shipment.

If you have ordered the PDF Download file I will send them as an email attachment the next business day after the payment has cleared.
